Many of you remained loyal to my Father and Uncles until they sold their business, and you have only recently discovered just how affordable my flowers are. I appreciate your efforts so very much, and pledge to do all I can to continue to offer the very best at the affordability you've come to expect. I have always believed that if my product and price is compared side by side with that of any other area florist, mine will win over the customer, hands down.

As more and more of you experience the better value we offer, complaints from competitors increase. People at the local funeral home have recounted how other florists call them up and complain - even argue that they should be given "orders" for elaborate floral work that the family has selected me to do. I do not engage in business to be "liked" by my competitors. I expect them to dislike me as their market share decreases and mine increases.
