Hydrangeas are super-colorful blooming plants available in the Monroe and Toledo
area from Easter until Mother's Day. These florist grade plants (or French
hydrangeas) require lots of water, but be careful to avoid "drowning" them.
Greenhouse grown and not sold as a hardy plant, they have been known to survive
if planted outdoors in a protected area
(like the one in my backyard)!
We have a couple of really nice specimens available for Mother's Day. No other flowering plant makes such a
big color statement as the
hydrangea. These florist quality plants are just fantastic!
