Free delivery is included with each and every order to any location within Monroe Michigan (MI). We offer flower delivery on your specified day with 24 hours advance notice on Monday through Saturday between 9:00 am and 6:00 pm. Our delivery schedule is determined by volume, so the time of the day we may be in any certain area of Monroe County or Toledo and Sylvania Ohio (OH) varies from day to day. We also provide same day flower delivery on many items, but if ordering for same day delivery after 10:00 am, please call as scheduling and availability of products are factors. We can offer delivery of our products at a specified time, but circumstances may necessitate an additional fee. Please call if you need delivery at a specific time. We also offer flower delivery to funeral homes on Sundays. We do not generally deliver to residences on Sundays except during holiday times. If the recipient is not home, we will leave a tag advising them they have a flower delivery coming. We will then make arrangements with them for delivery at an appropriate time. In some cases, we may leave deliveries with a neighbor or in a protected area if conditions warrant.

Flower deliveries to all funeral homes are prioritized to ensure their arrival before visitation, if at all possible. Sunday deliveries to Monroe County, MI funeral homes are free of charge. Deliveries to Enrico Fermi Power Plant are taken only as far as the front gate, and it will be necessary for the recipient to meet us and pick up their flowers. Flower deliveries to hospitals and nursing facilities cannot include latex balloons, as most hospitals and nursing facilities have policies against latex, an allergic substance for some people. Deliveries refused by the recipient for reasons beyond the control of Monroe County Flowers.com, Toledo Roses, or Staelgraeve Flowers will not be refunded. It is our policy to reveal the name of the sender to recipient if they request. Some discretion is allowed regarding anonymous orders, but if there appears to be any peculiarities, we will not maintain anonymity. All orders placed must be processed and delivered within 30 days from date of order, or if the item is a special, within the the time period of the special. Prices listed are subject to change, but not once your order is placed unless we lower a price. Then you will receive a refund to the lower price..

Our prices are for products sold and delivered by us in our local area. We do not participate with or are a member of any order consolidation companies or wire services such as FTD® or Teleflora™, therefore we do not Accept flower orders for delivery outside our delivery area. We strongly suggest you directly with a florist located in the area you wish to send flowers are happy to provide any assistance we can in locating a quality florist in another city.

Flat Rock and Brownstown Deliveries

We deliver to home addresses with a Flat Rock zip code that are within Monroe County. We deliver to Flat Rock funeral homes that are in Wayne County, but do not deliver to home addresses in Wayne County. If you are sending to a Flat Rock home address inside Monroe County, we will deliver but please make sure the address is within Monroe County. We offer flower delivery to Bobcean Funeral Home, Michigan Memorial Funeral Home, and John Molnar Funeral Home in the Flat Rock area.

Milan Area Deliveries

We deliver to home addresses with a Milan zip code that are within Monroe County. Sorry, we DO NOT deliver to areas of Milan that are located in Wayne or Washtenaw Counties. We deliver to Ochalek-Stark funeral home in Milan. If you enter an order with a Milan address that is not within Monroe County, we will have to cancel your order.
